Empowering Organizations.
Transforming Communities.

Mapt’s Transformation Challenge

At Mapt Solutions, we believe in transformation—not just for the organizations we work with, but also for the communities they serve. That’s why we created the Transformation Challenge, an annual grant initiative that provides nonprofits with the resources and strategic support they need to reimagine their futures, seize new opportunities, and amplify their impact.

Each year, one nonprofit is selected to receive a total value of $100,000:

  • $75,000 in strategic planning services to map out their goals and future direction.

  • $25,000 in cash funding to begin implementing their plans and making an immediate impact.

2025 Transformation Challenge

The 2025 Transformation Challenge winner has been selected, and we’re ready for a big year of impact ahead.

Stay tuned for the announcement in February.

Grant Priorities

Each year, we select an organization that:

  • Demonstrates a commitment to transformative change within its mission.

  • Serves communities or populations with significant needs, particularly in areas like education, workforce development, and social services.

  • Shows readiness to engage in a strategic planning process and implement the resulting plan effectively.

Preference is given to nonprofits addressing issues of equity and opportunity for underserved populations, ensuring the grant creates meaningful, lasting impact.

East Central Educational Service Center (2024)

In 2024, the East Central Educational Service Center (ECESC), a vital hub supporting schools and workforce development in East Central Indiana, embarked on its transformation journey with Mapt. This December, we wrapped up our work in New Castle by presenting their final $25,000 check and celebrating their accomplishments with their team.
